You must only send messages to recipients who have given valid consent to be contacted.

Access to certain Services requires payment. By subscribing, you authorize Review Nest to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as agreed.

You own all customer and business data you upload. Review Nest acts as a data processor to manage and deliver your campaigns. Our collection and handling of data are described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that any customer data you upload has been lawfully obtained.

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid to Review Nest during the three (3) months prior to the claim.
